Traffic Violations
Many traffic offenses carry heavy penalties. While a simple speeding ticket can be handled by mailing the fine into the court clerk, not all traffic cases are so easily dealt with. Contacting me to discuss your case will help you decide whether you have a simple ticket or a much more serious charge. Don’t go into any court without having spoken to an attorney. Your rights are at stake and your freedom is in the balance. Don’t allow yourself to be caught in a trap by a clever district attorney or solicitor. They are the attorney for the state not your friend or lawyer.
